I suffer horrible bouts of gastritis and gut issues.. ive been very cautious of my food intake, however completely forgot and it went out the window. I woke up to what felt like food poisoning or gastritis stomach pain, took Gaviscon, burped a really carbonated burp (though i dont drink soft drinks) and then was jut in agony.
